Frequently Asked Questions

Please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your class if you need to cancel to recieve a refund. Cancelling within 24 hours of your class will result in a 50% charge of your class fee.

No shows will be charged 100% of your class fee.  

We require a minimum of 4 participants for most classes. We will charge for the minimum number of participants required even if they are a no show.  For example, we have 4 participants signed up, but only 3 participants show up. You will still be charged for 4 participants. 

Your CPR card is valid for 2 years. 

Yes! We are a certified CPR Instructor through American Safety and Health Institute.
